Our 2024 AGM will be held on Sunday March 3rd at Beaver Creek Salvation Army Camp.

9:15 – Morning volunteers will arrive and set up the space.
10:00 – Registration, Coffee, Visiting
10:30 – Opening and AGM
11:30 – Explore the site, visit, set up for lunch
12:00 – Potluck lunch and visiting (student presenters don’t need to bring anything)
12:45 – Community effort lunch clean up / get outside
1:00 – Project Updates, Backpacking for Biodiversity, and Information for Potential Partners
1:20 – Presentation on Agroecology and Indigenous Histories by Joe Munroe (Muskoday First Nation)
1:50 – Presentations from students, teachers, and land partners
2:50 – Q and A Community Forum
3:15 – Closing
3:30 – Volunteers needed for clean-up
